Everything you want to know before starting a mission: process, timelines, data quality, delivery format, confidentiality and pricing.

Process & Timelines
How does an ABD mission work from start to finish?

A mission follows four fixed steps:

  • ICP Brief: a 20 to 45-minute working session to define your ideal customer profile (sector, size, title, geography, exclusion criteria).
  • ICP Validation: you receive the formalised ICP document in writing and validate it before any sourcing begins.
  • Sourcing and qualification: each contact is manually identified, verified and scored against the validated ICP.
  • Delivery: you receive the structured file (Excel, CSV or Google Sheets), with scoring and an ICP note per contact.

A revision is possible after receipt if a contact deviates from the validated ICP.

What is the delivery time?

Between 5 and 10 business days from ICP validation. The timeline depends on the volume requested and the complexity of the criteria (niche sectors, specific geographies, rare titles).

A precise estimate is given during the brief, before any order is placed.

Is there a minimum or maximum volume?

There is no strict minimum. Most missions cover 30 to 200 contacts. Below 30, the qualification cost per contact becomes disproportionate relative to the expected outcome.

For volumes above 200 contacts, we work in successive batches to maintain verification quality on every contact.

What happens if my ICP evolves during the mission?

The ICP validated in writing is the reference frame for the mission. Any significant change (new sector, different target title, geographic restriction) is treated as an amendment, which may adjust the timeline and quote.

Minor adjustments (a clarification on a secondary criterion) are incorporated at no extra cost if the mission has not yet started.

Data Quality
How do you guarantee the quality of contacts?

Every contact is verified manually, without mass automation. The process combines:

  • LinkedIn verification of title and company (active profile, current role)
  • Cross-referencing with company registries for size and legal form
  • Email format verification based on the company's pattern
  • ICP score (AP, A, BP) documented with a qualitative note

We do not deliver contacts whose role is marked "former" or whose LinkedIn profile has been inactive for more than 6 months.

Where does the data come from?

Data comes from publicly accessible professional sources: LinkedIn, company websites, official registries, sector databases. No bulk-purchased database is used.

Every piece of information is cross-referenced between at least two sources before being included in the final file.

What happens if a contact doesn't match the ICP after delivery?

If a contact deviates significantly from the validated ICP (incorrect title, wrong sector, company outside target), it is replaced at no charge. The replacement applies to AP or A contacts where the deviation is reported within 10 days of delivery.

The BP score (Good Potential) indicates a nuance relative to the ICP, not an error. These contacts are explained in their qualitative note and are delivered intentionally.

Format & Integration
In what format are prospects delivered?

Three formats are available depending on your preference:

  • Excel (.xlsx): formatted file, active filters, normalised columns
  • CSV (UTF-8): direct import into most CRMs
  • Google Sheets: secure share, restricted access, on request

The default format is Excel. Specify your preference during the brief.

Are the files compatible with my CRM?

CSV files are structured for direct import into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM. Columns are normalised with standard field names.

If your CRM uses a specific column schema, share an example import file during the brief. We will adapt the structure accordingly.

What fields are included in the delivered file?

Each contact is documented with 12 fields: ICP score, first name, last name, current title, company, sector, headcount, professional email, phone, LinkedIn URL, location and ICP note.

The complete detail of each field is available on the Deliverables page.

GDPR & Confidentiality
Is the delivered data GDPR compliant?

The delivered data consists of professional information (name, title, business email). Collecting it from public sources and using it for B2B prospecting purposes is covered by GDPR (recital 47 and article 6.1.f: legitimate interest).

As data controller, it is your responsibility to apply the obligations relating to informing contacted individuals and handling opt-out requests.

We do not deliver sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) and do not use any automated profiling processing within the meaning of GDPR article 22.
Can I get a non-disclosure agreement before starting?

Yes. An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) can be signed before any strategic content is exchanged, including before the ICP brief. Simply mention it when you make contact.

Your ICPs, targets and lists are never shared between clients, never resold, and deleted on request at the end of the mission.

Pricing
How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on three factors:

  • Volume: number of contacts to be delivered
  • ICP complexity: multiple criteria, niche sectors, specific geographies or rare titles require more in-depth sourcing
  • Associated services: Sales Navigator training or commercial sequence coaching are priced separately

Every mission comes with a custom quote, issued after the initial brief. No fees are incurred before the quote is validated in writing.

Are there any hidden fees or subscriptions?

No. ABD missions are on-demand, with no subscription or long-term commitment. You order when you need it.

The quote covers the full mission: brief, sourcing, qualification, delivery and one correction round if needed. No supplements are invoiced on these elements.
