Andrade Business Development attaches particular importance to protecting your personal data. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it and your rights in this respect.

Data controller

Data collected

When you use a form on the website (Contact page or ABD Contact Desk page), we collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Business email address
• Company name
• A description of the project and, if you provide them, the type of support considered, the country or market, the sector and the timeline
• For an ABD Contact Desk request: the target companies, locations and roles sought

The information you provide is used solely to review your request and reply to you. The legal basis for this processing is being confirmed and will be specified in a future update of this page.

How the forms work

The website's forms do not store your information in a database. When you submit a form, the information is sent as an email, by the server hosting the website (OVH), to contact@andrade-bd.com, a mailbox also hosted by OVH. Requests are then read and handled from that mailbox.

To limit repeated submissions, the server records in a temporary file a fingerprint (hash) of your IP address and the time of your last submission; a new submission from the same address is refused for 20 seconds.

When you submit a form, a copy of the text you entered is kept temporarily in your browser (session storage), so that it can be shown again if sending fails. This copy is not sent to ABD and disappears when you close the tab.

Purposes of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Assess whether a business collaboration is relevant
• Send you the information requested (brochure, quote, etc.)

Your data is never used for automated prospecting and never sold to third parties.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise or you ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

ABD Contact Desk requests

ABD Contact Desk requests (target companies, locations, roles sought) are sent through the form on the Contact Desk page or by email, then handled from ABD's mailbox. No client account or online area is in use at present.

Invoicing and payment. Paid missions are settled by bank transfer on receipt of the invoice. Billing information (company name, address, VAT number where applicable) is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records.

Technical providers

The website uses the following services:

• OVH SAS (Roubaix, France): website hosting, sending of form submissions and the contact@andrade-bd.com mailbox
• Plausible Analytics: audience measurement, without cookies (see below)
• Google Fonts (Google): loading of the website's fonts; to do so, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address
• jsDelivr: loading, on the home page, of the libraries used for animations; to do so, your browser connects to this service, which receives your IP address

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses Plausible Analytics, an audience measurement tool designed to respect privacy. Plausible sets no cookies, collects no personal data and does not track individual visitors. Hosting and security

This website is hosted by OVH SAS (Roubaix, France). Data travels over secure connections (HTTPS/TLS).
